1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and raya24 ("raya24", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the raya24 website located at https://raya24.co, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any software or services provided through those channels (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of raya24 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. raya24 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you agree to indemnify raya24 against any claim arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
• One account per person: You may hold only one registered account on raya24. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction voluntarily activated through the raya24 responsible gaming tools or imposed by raya24.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of raya24, including placing wagers and processing financial transactions, you are required to create a registered account. During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address and your real full name as it appears on official identification documents.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.

raya24 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 (converted to MYR at prevailing rates upon receipt).

• All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• raya24 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which raya24 accepts no responsibility.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal from a bonus-funded balance is permitted.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the raya24 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio-visual material, and user interface design (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of raya24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Content without raya24's prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination for cause, raya24 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon termination without cause, any legitimate balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raya24, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if raya24 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. raya24's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your raya24 wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. raya24 makes no warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to raya24's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through raya24's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of raya24's registered territory. Nothing in this clause limits raya24's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

raya24 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
